We enjoyed the thermal park and the wide variety of pools and saunas. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel was great and we were able to enjoy the thermal park nearby. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room temperature was a real issue for us, as the temperature could not be controlled and it was set at a steady 26 degrees. This made it quite uncomfortable for us to sleep and we had to open the window in order to regulate the temperature.

Spent New Year's Eve here and loved it! The thermal park was amazing and we really appreciated the variety of saunas and pools. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room spotless, equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. A big plus was the location, close to many attractions and incredible views. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pools when it was snowing.
The only drawback, and this is just a personal preference, is that we couldn't regulate the temperature of the room. It was a toasty 26 degrees Celsius which made us a bit uncomfortable, so we had to leave the window open.
